Meet Antoine Cigrang, our Head of Customer Success at Sea since 2021. He leads the Customer Success Team dedicated to ensuring that our clients maximise their partnership with Sea, focusing on understanding customer goals and objectives, and working to align our platform to meet their unique needs effectively. With a deep understanding of Sea's entire platform and the needs of the shipping industry, Antoine and the team are helping our clients with their digital transformation and platform standardisation, enabling them to become more efficient and data-driven. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, padel, sailing, and getting into a good book.
